Taj Mahal is the beautiful and most fascinating place in India. It is a cultural monument of India. It is situated on the banks of Yamuna river in Agra, Uttar Pradesh in India. Shah Jahan had built a Taj Mahal for his wife Mumtaz.

In ancient times, Shah Jahan was a king and his wife Mumtaz was his queen.


Shah Jahan loved his wife a lot and he became very sad after his death. Then he decided to build a grave in memory of his wife. It is constructed using white marble and expensive stones, with very beautifully carving on the walls.

He had called the best craftsmen in the world to build the Taj Mahal. It took a lot of money and time to get it ready. It is also believed that, he refused more than about a hundred designs and finally approved it.

The Taj Mahal and the fort of Agra have been marked by UNESCO as World Heritage and in 2007 it was selected in seven wonders of the world. Taj Mahal is located 2.5 kilometers from Agra Fort. This Mughal carpet establishment is art and is made very beautifully by mixing Indian, Islamic, Muslim, Parsi art etc.

It is believed that, Shah Jahan wanted to create such a dark grave for himself, however, he died before his wishes was fulfill. After his death, he was buried in the Taj Mahal in near edge his wife grave.

In Seven wonders, the height of a tajmahal is 240 ft and its area is 17 hecters. It was made by Ustab Ahmad Lahauri in 1632-53.

2. Great Wall of China (China)

China's huge wall or Great Wall of China is on the northern border of China. As it reveals its name, that this huge wall is a miracle of a grand architecture, and it is considered one of the world's most great man-made miracles. The history of China's huge wall is more than 2000 years.

The wall was built by China's first ruler Shee hong in 220-206 BCE. But only a part of the wall built by them can be seen by us today. Since then, this Great Wall has always been repaired from time to time and has made significant improvements in it.



Most of the current wall was constructed in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). But in fact, only a few parts of this whole wall were made at different times, different empires were made to preserve the northern boundary of China.

It is said that the construction of this wall to protect the state in China occurred in the eighth century BC. At that time, kui, yan and jaho states made bricks with the help of clay and pebbles to avoid attacking arrows and swords, and then the construction of the wall was started from these bricks.

Later this wall came under the Chin kin empire, and the Kin empire created all the small kingdoms one by one annexed China, and the walls made by different states were constructed by building a huge China wall.

Its vastness can be estimated from the fact that this man-made structure can also be seen from space. It has been estimated that 20 to 30 million people worked very hard in the construction of this great giant wall.

Located in the Maan Governorette province of Jordan, Petra is a treasure of the ancient history of the world. This city is an indicator of an advanced human civilization, which indicates that even in ancient times the people had advanced technology and knowledge.



It is an ancient and interesting city residing within the rugged mountains of 'Jabal al-Madbah', the world is currently attracting tourists to its majestic and ancient sites.

It is believed that the construction of the city began in 1200 BC. Petra is a very special historical and cultural site, which has been included in the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Petra is considered one of the most visited tourist destinations in the world. Everyone like this city and it is praised throughout history. It is believed that Petra was established in 312 BC, after which it had come under Roman rule.

It is said that it has been inhabited from around 20,000 to 30,000 people in the city, which was used as an important trading city. It is set on a square stone posture, which is situated on a mountain top of a mountain peak itself. This statue is the largest Art Deco-style statue in the world and is one of the most recognizable places of Rio de Janeiro.


The creation of this idol of Jesus Christ, considered as the Savior of the world, began in 1922, which was established on this place on October 12, 1931. This idol is made of cranket and stone, which was designed by Silva Costa of Brazil, and French sculptor Lenedowski made it. Its weight will be around 635 tonnes and it is 700 meters high in the city of Rio. This is a very big symbol of Christianity around the world.


5. The Roman Colosseum  (Rome)

Colosseum is an elliptical amphitheater. It is located in the heart of Rome city of Italy. Its true Latin name is 'Amphitheatrum Flavium', which is called 'Flavian Amphitheater' in English.

But it is more famous than the name of the Colosseum. It is counted among the new seven wonders of the world. This building is a fine example of Rome's architecture and engineering. It was built by Emperor Vespasian in the seventeenth century.

Located near the main entrance to the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, which was built in 315 BC. The main structural designs are light yellow coral reefs, secondary walls are like volcanic storms, and internal parts are made of arcade vult concrete.

In this stadium, for nearly 50,000 people sitting together, watching the game of bloody battles between wild animals and slaves. The beginning of the construction of this Colosseum was done during the reign of Emperor Vespian in 72 DC and during the reign of Emperor Titus it was completed in the 80th DC.

In the 16th and 17th centuries this place began to be considered the holy place of Christianity. Pope Pius asked the pilgrims to collect the soil here. He believed that this place has become sacred due to the blood of the martyrs. In this way its religious significance gradually increased and today it is one of them in seven wonders of the world.


6. Chichen Itza (Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico)

Chichen Itza is located 200km west of Cancun in the state of Yucat√°n, and it is one of Mexico's most protected archaeological sites. Itzas is the name of the ethnic-racial group that ruled over the northern peninsula of Mexico before the Spanish conquest.



The name Chichen Itza means the side of the well. Every year approximately 1.2 million people visit the Chichen Itza tourism site. Chichen Itza's name comes in the list of seven wonders of the world, and this place is considered as the main center of the Maya civilization.


7. Machu Picchu (Peru)

Machu Picchu Located in the South American country of Peru, a pre-Columbian era is a historic site related to the Inca civilization. It is located at an altitude of 7970 feet above sea level.

This historic site is built on Lake Teilo of the Sacred Valley, which is located 80 kilometers north of Cuzco and near the stream of the Urubamba River. Machu Pacchu was built as a manor of the ruler of the princik (1438-1472) according to the archaeologist from Bahote. Later it was also called "Lost City of the Inca". This is the most intimate of the Inca civilization.

Machu Picchu is known as the world's famous place. In fact, highways and buses are used to reach here. There is evidence that missionaries and other explorers reached this place during the 19th and 20th centuries. But they did not tell much about there.

In 1983, Machu Picchu was selected as UNESCO World Heritage Site and in 2007 as one of the seven wonders of the world. Machu Picchu is the center of attraction in Peru and the most famous ruins of South America which now welcome hundreds of thousands of people every year for tourism.

Great Pyramid of Giza is also called Pyramid of Kufu and Pyramid of Chips. It is the oldest and largest of those three ancient pyramids, which were built on the border of the Giza Cemetery.

It was constructed in 2580-2560 c. and it spread over 2583283 cubic meters. Its height is 146.5 meters. For 3800 years it has been the longest man-made artwork.

Egyptian pyramids were built during that time when Egypt was one of the richest and most powerful civilizations in the world. This pyramid-especially the Great Pyramid of Giza-is the most spectacular man-made structures in history. Egyptian pyramids were built to bury the dead bodies of the then kings.

Three Special Pyramids

As mentioned earlier, there are three special pyramids in the past, which is located on the caste plateau. The last and smallest pyramid was built in 2490 BC, which is the pyramid of Mankaura, which is 213 feet high. 

There is a pyramid of some 600 feet north of Mankaura. Which is called the Kuafari pyramid, which was built in 2050 BC, which stands at a height of 417 feet, on the skyscraper height. Kuafari stands in the north of pyaramid, the oldest and largest pyramid built in 2050 BC. This gigantic pyramid is 481 feet high, which is known as the Great Pyramid of Giza.


Construction

It can be said that the Great Pyramid of Giza was made in the form of a tomb of Pharaoh Kufu of the fourth empire of Egypt. It was made up of about 2.3 million stone bricks. The average weight of each brick is 2.5 to 15 tons. Basically the Great Pyramid is covered with 120000 stone stones bricks. Which is called the casing of stones.

These highly polished stones had been used to dazzle the pyramid for many centuries. But in the thirteenth century Arab Sultans plundered the outer cover and built mosques in Cairo.

The Inner Part and Desizn:

The inner part of the Great Pyramid is something that has been designed using the shape and style of G, which puts it in great awe. Originally the entrance of the great pyramid is 17 meters or 56 feet above the Earth's surface, and 7.29 meters or 23.9 feet east of the pyramid mid-line. This gateway is generally made of hill stone. It has been made so effectively that if one forgets its place in it, then he will not be able to find the way for centuries.
